מי אחראי על המידע
איזה מידע נאסף
המידע היחיד שנאסף הוא מה שאתם ממלאים בטופס יצירת הקשר:
- שם וטלפון: שדות חובה. בלעדיהם ניר לא יוכל לחזור אליכם, ולכן הטופס לא יישלח.
- אימייל, תחומי עניין והודעה: רשות.
אין חובה חוקית למסור את הפרטים, והמסירה נעשית מרצונכם. אם תבחרו לכתוב בהודעה על פציעה, כאב או מצב בריאותי, המידע ישמש רק כדי להתאים לכם את השיעור או הטיפול.
למה המידע משמש
רק כדי לחזור אליכם בנוגע לשיעורים, לטיפול בתנועה ולסדנאות שביקשתם לשמוע עליהם. המידע לא משמש לדיוור שיווקי, לפרסום או לבניית פרופיל, ולא נמכר לאף אחד.
איפה המידע נשמר ולמי הוא מועבר
- Google: הפרטים מהטופס נשמרים בגיליון Google Sheets בחשבון של ניר, והתראה עליהם נשלחת אליו ב-Gmail. השרתים של Google עשויים להיות מחוץ לישראל.
- Cloudflare: האתר מאוחסן אצל Cloudflare, שמעבדת מידע טכני כמו כתובת IP כדי להציג את האתר ולאבטח אותו.
- Google Fonts: הגופנים באתר נטענים מהשרתים של Google, ולכן הדפדפן שלכם שולח אליהם את כתובת ה-IP שלכם.
המידע לא מועבר לאף גורם אחר.
עוגיות (Cookies)
האתר לא משתמש בעוגיות לפרסום, למעקב או לסטטיסטיקה. בחירת השפה שלכם (עברית או אנגלית) והעדפת עצירת התנועה נשמרות רק בדפדפן שלכם (localStorage), ולא נשלחות אלינו. שירות האחסון Cloudflare עשוי להשתמש בעוגיות טכניות שנדרשות לאבטחת האתר.
כמה זמן המידע נשמר
כל עוד הוא נחוץ כדי לטפל בפנייה שלכם ולהמשיך את הקשר איתכם. אפשר לבקש למחוק אותו בכל שלב.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם יכולים לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, ולבקש לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו. כדי לעשות זאת, כתבו ל-[email protected].
אבטחה
החיבור לאתר מוצפן (HTTPS), והגישה לגיליון מוגבלת לניר. עם זאת, אף מערכת לא מוגנת לחלוטין.
שינויים במדיניות
אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה המעודכנת תפורסם בעמוד הזה עם תאריך העדכון.
Privacy policy

This policy explains what information nir-yoga.com collects, why, where it is kept and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for the information
What we collect
The only information collected is what you fill in on the contact form:
- Name and phone: required. Without them Nir cannot get back to you, so the form will not send.
- Email, interests and message: optional.
You are not legally required to provide this information; you give it voluntarily. If you choose to mention an injury, pain or a health condition in your message, it is used only to tailor your class or session.
What it is used for
Only to get back to you about the classes, movement therapy and workshops you asked about. It is not used for marketing mail, advertising or profiling, and it is never sold.
Where it is stored and who receives it
- Google: form details are saved to a Google Sheets spreadsheet in Nir's account, and a notification is sent to him by Gmail. Google's servers may be outside Israel.
- Cloudflare: the site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site.
- Google Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google's servers, so your browser sends them your IP address.
The information is not passed to anyone else.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. Your language choice (Hebrew or English) and your pause-motion preference are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and are never sent to us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use technical cookies needed to secure the site.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and stay in touch with you. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you can ask to see the information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. To do so, write to [email protected].
Security
The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to the spreadsheet is limited to Nir. No system is completely secure, however.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with its date.
